Refund & Returns Policy

At Lifted Spirits Community, each product is created on demand, especially for you. Because our items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, colour preference, or change of mind.

This policy is in line with UK consumer law, which exempts personalised and made-to-order products from the standard 14-day cancellation period.


When Refunds or Replacements Are Available

We will always put things right if your order arrives:

  • Faulty or damaged

  • Not as described

  • Printed incorrectly

In these cases, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the problem

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with our print partners.


Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or the wrong size. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 working days for the funds to appear.
