At Lifted Spirits Community, every product is made to order. This means we don’t hold stock — each item is printed and prepared specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Times

• Production time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and printed before it is shipped.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typical estimates are:

• UK: 3–7 business days after production

• Europe: 5–10 business days after production

• USA & International: 7–14 business days after production

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (postal delays, customs, or peak seasons).

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

• Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders where the wrong address has been provided.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may reship it at the customer’s expense.
